Hi everyone, bit of an update. Hopefully the text editor doesn’t murder the table formatting that I’ve just pasted in…

    Travel

Who Planning Departure time Driver volunteer Car
    John Lockett Multi-pitch Early Sam
Sam Kett Multi-pitch Early Yes Sam
    Ed Hinton Multi-pitch Early Sam
    Gavin Hopps Multi-pitch Early Sam
    Matthew Diggle Multi-pitch Early Sam
Oli Birkill Multi-pitch 6pm York Yes Oli
    Nina Prudom Jenny
    Nathan Richmond Jenny
Jenny Pummell Multi-pitch After work York Yes Jenny
David Cumming Multi-pitch 6.30pm Harrogate Emma
Emma Warne Single pitch 6.30pm Harrogate Yes Emma
    John McEvoy ?
    Paul Mckenzie ?
    Giles Cooper Fun ?
    Guy Williams ?
    Dave Carrier Fun ?
Tracey Hora Camping in valley. Independent

I’ve identified some groups. There are:
Early birds who can climb on Friday. Sam in that group has offered to drive.
David Cumming and Emma coming from Harrogate later on in Emma’s car.
Jenny leaving York after work. Can you take Nath and Nina?
Me, leaving York at 6. I can take 3 or 4 at a push. I need to stop at Bangor supermarket.
We need one more driver volunteer.

Please coordinate between you. You don’t have to stick to anything I’ve suggested but bear in mind there’s limited parking at the hut. Fewer cars is better for the planet and the wallet.

Hi everyone, bit of an update and request for information.

The update- We won’t have sole occupancy of the hut and may be sharing it with lots of other people especially if the weather is good. This means that I can’t allow young people under 18 to stay over, or allow any dogs in the hut at all. The former for issues around safeguarding and the latter because of allergies. Please let me know if either of these mean you have to pull out.

The request for information- Can you reply with a bit about what you’d most like to do on the weekend if the weather is good? This is so you can identify like-minded people and I can think about routes.
    e.g. I’d like flat walks with a cafe/hilly walks over Welsh 3000ers/scrambling/bouldering/some practice trad climbing/easy multi-pitch/rare lichen
