Perhaps check weather forecast. On Sunday, they were predicting rain, but now it seems to be veering south, leaving the north dry.
I am going away on Sunday for a few days though

Well as Thursday begins we can see that approx 2% of the electorate has voted on traditional lines in Almscliffe Heartlands.
So the question now is whether other voters will be split between minority crags. This has its dangers. For example, if the combined votes for Eavestones and Kepwick were to outweigh the others, we might end up with a half-way point of Myton-upon-Swale. This would be difficult for the Club, as there is no crag at that location.
    Remember, your vote counts.

Loch Steve and I have just arranged to go to Brimham I think as suggested last Thursday. Its a good call at this date as both the bracken and the midges should still be down. The light should last till about 8.40. (“Twas 8.25 at Scigdale last week). Anyway we have arranged to leave Heworth at 2.30 and Acomb at 3pm in case anyone else can catch the early bird express
