    Hi All,
I think there are about 8 of us interested in this weekend so far. Here are some details to book on.
Mr Green and I have today had a look at his Munro Map and List of outstanding items, (reduced by 7 after a very successful trip around Loch Ossian area last weekend).

So the plan which we have made is to use Roy Bridge bunkhouse, aiming to do the Grey Corries Munros. Roy Bridge is of course on the A86 about 12 miles NE of Fort William. (but probably best to drive via Dalwhinnie). Steve Green and I have booked ourselves in to the bunkhouse just now for Friday night 5th October and Saturday 6th. The cost is only £15 per night and includes bed linen (but not towels). So it’s not excessive to book in and take a punt on the weather. Obviously this location offers lots of options for different people. There are easy Munros such as Beinn Teallach, and on the other hand Ledge Route is just round the corner. In case of poor weather we can flee east. If so desired, people could forego a night at Roy Bridge in favour of Lairig Leacach bothy.
So for anyone wishing to join this weekend, please book directly into the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has changed hands and is no longer owned by the pub.. https://greycorrielodgebunkhouse.co.uk. Tel 01397 712241. mobile 07801 144120 The lady (Becky I think) is aware that there might be 6 to 8 possible bookings so “please mention York MC” or my name and she might put folk together.
I’m away next week, see ya 27th. Any questions to Mr Green !!

Obviously transport needs to be sorted out. I think all the parties so far interested have cars (But if you do not have a car, it will be wise to confirm you have a lift with someone first !)

There is a small weather risk: but Steves. G and M, plus moi, have decided on another run west, to Gate Cote Scar. Nothing ventured…. especially as (owing to hols) I only expect another 3 Thursdays outside this year. Places in car, leaving Acomb 3 pm
