    Tuesday Goat session for me. Starting at 5 and stopping for a pizza afterwards. Hope to see you there for a social evening.

    Thursday evening climbing is potentially outside at Almscliff. However, the weather forecast is not totally conclusive and it may be sunny, cool, raining or windy so be prepared for a late change to Harrogate wall.

    Various climbing and mountaineering options are being posted on WhatsApp so if you’re interested in joining a Munro trip to Scotland or a sport climb in the Dales please get in touch with the originator.

    Thinking ahead to the first Sunday of the month which is the 7th and coincides with the Coronation Bank Holiday. With luck the weather will be good enough for an outdoor venture although I will not be available on the Sunday so Bank Holiday Monday would be my personal preferred day for a meet. Plans to be drawn up when we have a better idea of the weather forecast.

    Thursday evening climbing will be at Harrogate indoor wall. The evening temperature is likely to be too cold for comfort with the north easterly wind and the exposed crag. I’ll be at the wall for 5.
