Tuesday is Red Goat session. I’ll be there for 5, staying for pizza and pre-match discussion if Charley’s going. Wednesday, for anyone not into the footy, will be a Freeklime session.
Thursday’s weather forecast is looking indecisive. Plan on Harrogate Wall but note that the Great Yorkshire Show takes place this week and the local traffic restrictions around the showground are as follows:
Wetherby Road (A661) will be one way from the Kestrel Roundabout to the junction with Rudding Lane towards the Showground from 6.30am on Show days. The one-way system has also been extended on the A658 towards Harrogate from the Thistle Hill junction (turn off to Knaresborough) to the Kestrel roundabout. This will be for mornings only from 6.30am.
This will be reversed on Wetherby Road at 2.00pm between Rudding Lane and The Kestrel Roundabout to accommodate traffic leaving Harrogate. This will remain in force until 9pm and the restrictions may be removed earlier depending on the volume of traffic.
If the weather looks like it will be suitable for outdoor climbing anywhere I’ll post again on this forum and WhatsApp. Wherever the venue, I’m aiming to be there at about 4pm.
