Hi folks
As people recover from the Langdale trip (hoping to see a juicy trip report soon!), El presidente is away baggin’ Munros and I have been asked to post the weekly update.
Weather is looking scorching hot in York and presents reliable climbing opportunity. I will probably stick to our usual Tuesday red goat schedule, however I understand if people want to make outdoor plans as it gets quite hot in there when the sun hits the tin roof. Please post your plans on WhatsApp if you would like others to join.
For Thursday, I would suggest Almscliffe as per usual. Thursday’s forecast is currently looking at minimum temperatures of 20 degrees (maximum of 31) which, combined with longer evening daylight presents an attractive setting. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
The weather window extends onto the weekend, peak district looking decent, lakes a bit worse. I am unsure I’ll be able to get out but please post your plans.
Have a great week and hope to see you soon!
Dan
