First note is to thank Jenny for organising the social night last Friday at the Viceroy. There was a good turnout and we all had a most pleasant evening.
This week will begin with the usual Red Goat session. Expected start time is 5pm onwards.
Thursday club climbing is aiming for outdoors at Almscliff. It’ll be dry and bright but chilly so be prepared for the temperature drop. Maybe take a headtorch too, should the last climb of the night take a bit longer than expected. If the conditions aren’t up to much then Harrogate Wall will be the backup plan. I’m not going to be around so please can people post here or on WhatsApp if they intend to climb at Almscliff or elsewhere. The Square and Compass, North Rigton is the suggested venue after climbing at Almscliff.
I’m heading to Scotland for a few days. The weather is looking settled and dry. During the rest of the week if anyone’s up for climbing or other activity feel free to post here or on WhatsApp. The stable weather is expected to continue beyond the weekend.
