This week – 20th to 26th of November

Tuesday will be the usual social gathering at the Red Goat. I’ll be there by 5pm and staying for pizza afterwards.

Thursday will be the AGM. The meeting starts at 8pm and is at the Fox, Holgate Road. Please let me know if you’re hoping to attend. There has been a very good response so far and we hope to reserve a room that will fit us all in and ensure that the cellar is adequately stocked. Direct message me via WhatsApp if you haven’t already.

Before the AGM there will be climbing at Red Goat, Freeklime or Energise. Post on WhatsApp if you have a plan.

This weekend the weather is looking good enough for a local walk. I’m planning a 12 mile route around Barden Moor which will look at Embsay Crag, Rylstone and Rolling Gate Crags. There could also be an opportunity for navigation practice. I’ll post more details via WhatsApp if anyone gets in touch expressing an interest in joining for a day out.
