    Hi,

I am planning on going for a walk next Sunday – 9th May if anyone fancy’s joining.
Runswick Bay to Staithes circular – 7.5 miles (12.1KM).

The first half of the walk from Runswick Bay to Staithes goes inland, following an attractive route across fields, by farms and through woodlands, and at this time of year the bluebells should be out. The return journey is along the memorable stretch of the North Sea Coast following the cliff top coastal paths with a few ascents and descents back to Runswick bay where a quick dip in the North Sea will freshen you up before a lovely ice cream :). There could even be a refreshment stop in Staithes if re-hydration is required half way and supporting local businesses.

Runswick Bay is a lovely beach to spend the rest of the day at, chilling in the sun and swimming in the gorgeous north sea.

Meet at 10am in the top car park at Runswick Bay.
Park at the top car park in Runswick bay, the pub car park usually offers cheaper car parking and then opposite there is the council car park, lots of pound coins needed (ringgo app to pay if needs).

All social distancing rules to be followed.

Please let me know if you are joining.

    Thanks,

    Caroline
