    I’m really sorry, can’t make the night navigating this Thursday. I had arranged to climb before I knew we were going for it this Thursday.

    Yes Linda I can give lifts to you and Marjan.
    Linda if you can walk up past the hospital on the opposite (right hand) side of the road then you’ll come to the end of Vyner Street which is blocked by bollards. I can park on the Vyner Street side of the bollards and wait for you. Say 4.45 ?
    Marjan you cannot leave your car at Vyner Street for the evening as its residents parking so you could either come to our house in Heworth (15 mins from Heslington) or we can arrange an out-of-town RV on the A19
