The AGM will take place at 8pm on Thursday the 23rd of November at the Fox, Holgate Road.
Every member is invited to participate in the meeting and to enjoy a social evening at the new pub venue for the club. Please can you let Dave M know via WhatsApp if you are coming because the pub wants to make sure we have the most appropriate room booked for the event.
Derek, the Club Secretary, is organising the meeting. The Club Constitution which can be found on the club website under the “about York MC” button outlines the agenda and gives a general idea of items to be discussed. The meeting is intended for club members to engage in a polite and constructive way and to contribute with their thoughts on the future direction of the club.
The current committee is happy to remain in post. However, if anyone would like to join the committee or make an amendment to the Club Constitution please get in touch with Derek at least 14 days prior to the AGM (the 9th November or earlier).
