    Tenko has suggested Brimham. The weather forecast for the second day of technical “summer” is better towards the west, also has the merit that I can use my newly-acquired Scottish Nat Trust membership so as not to pay.
    I’ll be travelling from Horsforth however so can’t offer lifts from York
