The venue for climbing on the 19th is Scugdale. The Black Horse pub in Swainby is the post-climb meeting point.

In addition, should any non-climbing members wish to join for an evening walk and meet in the pub after please let me know. I can plan and lead a 10-12Km walk around the area to meet up with the climbers when everyone’s finished. The walk will probably start and finish away from the crag due to limited parking spaces but may well pass by the crag.

Hi Dave.

What time would you be looking to meet for a walk? I am keen if I can get there on time after work.

I am new to the club and keen to meet folk and find out how to get involved so this would perhaps be a great opportunity!

The non-climbing plan at the moment is to start walking at about 6pm near to the crag in Scugdale. Adam is leaving Fulford area at 4:30ish pm and calling at mine in Easingwold before I drive up to Scugdale. If anyone else would like to join in and requires a lift please let me know and I will help to coordinate.

After walking we aim to meet up at about 9pm in the Black Horse, Swainby.
