    Rob Greenwood (alpinist) and Tim Neill (Mountain Guide) will cover: best areas to visit; glacier travel; weather; huts & bivis; avalanche awareness; route selection; and the dark art of moving together.

    As well as being for people starting out their alpine career, they are also a great refresher for people planning an alpine adventure after a few years break.

    DATES & VENUES (all lectures start at 7.30pm and finish at approximately 9.30pm)

    Buxton – University of Derby – Wed 7 May
    Leeds – Leeds Metropolitan University – Thurs 8 May
    London – University College London – Tues 13 May
    Cardiff – Cardiff University – Weds 14 May
    Birmingham – University of Birmingham – Thurs 15 May

    Tickets cost £5 for BMC members, £7 for non-members. Group discount: £3.50 each on advance orders of 10+.
