3 spaces available at whillanns hut (roaches) 9-10 june

hey all

hope nobody minds me posting this, but I’m booked onto a Climbers Club meet that is currently a bit undersubscribed so has opened up to guests, so if up to three of you fancy forming a climbing team to go there I could book you onto it. Its at the whillans hut, which is an amazing BMC hut built into the actual rock at The Roaches, which is a classic Western Edges gritstone crag containing midgrade classics like Valkyrie (VS 4c), easy classics like Black and Tans(Severe), and slightly harder classics like The Sloth and Sauls Crack (both HVS). Dates are the nights of friday 9th and 10th june, at a cost of £20 for the two nights. Up to three places available. I would really recommend the roaches, its a fabulous crag in a beautiful landscape, and there is stuff at all grades, from the very easy to the very hard. Plus the whillans hut (aka rockhall cottage) is a unique hut which has to be booked a long way ahead for summer weekends, so drop me a line if interested!
