York MC have booked the whole 8 spaces at the camping barn in Buttermere for the nights of Friday 1 and Saturday 2 December 2017.

The club have paid for the whole barn, all 8 places.
York MC underwrite these club trip so that no individual bears the cost.
If you would like to go then the cost made payable to York MC is £22 per person (£11 per person per night).
These trips are open to York MC members, but if we fail to fill all of the bed spaces then we open them up to non-members.
I have spoken to several people and this will be a very popular trip, and bed spaces will be allocated on a first com first served basis.
We were last at this venue in 2015, the weekend that storm Desmond hit Cumbria and caused devastation – I would hope that this does not happen again this year!
There are lots of activities to do around Buttermere, and on one of the days I am organising a walk from Cragg Barn up Fleetwith Pike and taking in 2 MBA Bothies (The Dubs Hut and Warnscale Head – see https://www.mountainbothies.org.uk/bothies/northern-england-borders/
