hello, does anyone fancy cragging on sunday? busy on saturday but weather on snday looks ok ish – dry at least, some afternoon sunshine in yorkshire (though not peak), temperatures not amazing but at least in double figures. I know I’m not overselling it, but for april in yorkshire thats not too bad

I might be up for a spot of cragging. Would Scugdale or Wainstones be venues worthy of consideration? Or a not too esoteric bit of reasonably accessible Yorkshire Limestone? (!)

They would indeed. I would prefer wainstones as I’ve been to scuggy quite a bit but haven’t visited wainstones for a few years. It’s a pretty little crag and can be a nice suntrap on cooler days.

Sounds like the start of a plan. I would suggest a rendezvous of 09.50 at the Knavesmire or an 11.00am rendezvous at the Clay Bank Car Park (approx grid ref: 572036)

Right let’s go with the knsvesmire rendezvous so we can rationalise car shares
