I’m not around this week but it sounds like there’s a group heading to Almscliff on Thursday evening which would make a good venue for club climbing. Please let others know if you’re going and at what time.

The forecast remains stable and dry. Highly unusual. I may be able to get out to a local crag on Sunday. I’ll post more nearer the time. Any other plans? Post here or on WhatsApp.

A thought on trip reports and engagement with the club website. Any club member can post a trip report on our website. It is our shop window for the world to see what we are doing and is a vital tool to attract new members. Thanks to all who take time to get creative and show what they’ve been up to. However, there is a lot going on, including club trips and climbing meets where a few more up to date reports and photographs would be most welcome. Don’t be shy about showing off your report writing talent and if you need guidance on how to use the facility on our club website I would be very happy to help.
