In that case we’ll go with the MWIS forecast instead, because it is much better weather

I work it out as a total of 1333 metres of uphill going, plus 22.7 km of distance Dodd-ering along. Dockray to Helvellyn and then back via Catstycam and Glencoyne Head.
So if we allow 2 hours for the 1333 metres, and say 45 mins for 2 nibble stops and various conversations with former Members going the other way, we’re left with 4.75 hours for 22.7 km which is 4.7 kph.
    Well done Sparky
